Construction

Although a lot of people thought that the real estate market was close to getting back on its feet, we are starting to see now that it could be a little bit further off. Thus, a lot of construction companies are holding off on building anymore houses for the time being. They say that there are a few companies out there that are still building, but with so few job opportunities (or so few people buying houses), there is no point to build a lot of extra houses. These other companies have opened their doors to building local shops and other buildings until the housing market gets back on its feet.
